Leaving us with the Work you require or outsourcing work to Freelancers, while keeping it all under a Budget to allow for an eased work environment and relationship. Keeping most of the work, management and financial output to us and our Budget. 

Budget calculation = 25% of your Company = earning-cost=Profit*0,25=our Budget.
