Managing and taking care of the Partnership its Freelancers, Team and Goals.

A Middleman here stands for a neutral party, engaging and speaking for both Companies. Often used by agencies, to have a person represent their client and be a representative for the agency. 

Example:
Mr. Uberdanger and his YouTube Partner Program Partner. A hired Personal, who takes care of YouTubers and their problems. Get in Contact with People on YouTube, who can solve that Problem and more. 

To simplify this Role, when either Company wants to get in contact with each other, they contact the Partnership Partner. Who then takes care internally for both sides. 

Example:
Company 1: We require some Freelancers, for this Advertisement.
Patner: Ok. Checks internally for the outsourcing department and takes care of that. 

Company 2: We have heard from Freelancers working for Company 1 about that. Could you check it out?
Patner: Ok, check internally in Company 1 about the topics Freelancers have brought up.
