Per Hour Stands for the average pay you would get in any Job offered by us, which means that your priority should not be the pay, but the client you are working for and what the Job is about.

A Budget equals the expected Hours you would need to work and if done faster than expected you win with Profits. Here we tell our Clients if they want the work to be done fast, take the Budget you want the Project to have and split between different categories of jobs that have to be done.
