Per Hour:

1. Every Niche has a fixed pay per Hour (Editor, motion design, etc,).

2. Combining different niches adds to the per Hour Pay. (Full Stack Developer = Front end + back end dev)

3. The more niche or Skilled it is the higher the fixed hour pay.

Budget:

1. The 75/25 Split already happened which is why you will only see the 75% as the budget in the offer.

2. The Budget should cover the per hour pay, if you work less than the Budget covers you have Profit.
