Fixed pay

Pretty much our fundoutain of the Outsourcing Programm, allowing us to give a fair chance to anyone.

Fixed pay allows for an entry Level Job, which you can do remotely from anywhere in the World. With the fixed pay scale after an average pay, which can scale the longer you worked with us. 

Before you can Start you need to finish the Trial Period, which everyone has to do. In said Time you will only get 1/3 of your fixed pay and need to receive 5 positive reviews (Business statements) to finish said Trial period.

Average pay decides your pay in the niche you will be working in, with the only differences of paying, being either the Levels showcasing the experience you have working with us and a combination of different niches in one Job, allowing you to add up different fixed pays.
